Ancestral Skills / Preparedness: Simple Blacksmithing

Ancestral Skills / Preparedness: Simple Blacksmithing

May 19th 1pm – 3pm ::: $45 + $10 Materials Cost

This fun, 3-hour interactive workshop is designed for “do-it-yourself” types who want to add this age-old skill to their toolbox of useful knowledge.  After a lecture and demonstration period, you will have the opportunity to apply your new knowledge by experimenting and creating something special.  This is an introductory level workshop.

By the end of the workshop, you will have learned the basics of turning scrap metal into something useful – or maybe something ornamental, if that’s your goal.

Bring your own gloves and safety glasses, wear long pants, non-flammable clothes and closed-toed shoes.

Class size is limited, so sign up soon!
