About Elaine Betts

As an experienced management consultant and entrepreneur, Elaine has leveraged
her extensive experience in logical process and leadership development,
effective time utilization, communication styles and the setting of obtainable
and measurable goals. It is Elaine’s goal to assist busy executives and
business owners in being more effective in having a powerful impact on
the businesses they run and the teams they direct. Her success is making
others successful. Elaine has been invited on more than one occasion to

Alive magazine recently. Elaine writes for the local newspapers, Danville
Weekly and the San Ramon Express on local events. Elaine was born in England

San Ramon Chamber Board of Directors and has been awarded San Ramon Chamber
Ambassador of the Year, has received formal recognition from Congress Woman
Ellen Tauscher for joint commitment to business and the community. Elaine
was also responsible for getting Assembly Resolution #323 passed recognizing
the first week of February as International Networking Week in California.
Elaine volunteers her time as a Rotarian, and a member of American Society
for Training and Development and serves as an Assistant Director for Business
Network International.
